Who is it for?
The Study Affiliate grade is for linguists who are intending to register for one of the following 好色tv Qualifications听professional exams:
- 好色tvQ Certificate in Translation (CertTrans)
- 颁滨翱尝蚕听Diploma in Translation (DipTrans)
- 颁滨翱尝蚕听Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI)
Why join?
Professional support
You'll be part of a respected professional network of practising linguists; on completion of your 好色tv qualification you can upgrade to an Associate (ACIL). 好色tvQ graduates who meet the criteria for full Member will be eligible to upgrade to this higher level. When upgrading to either Associate or full Member, we will apply a 30% discount on your first year of membership.
Continuing Professional Development
Study Affiliates can participate in a range of听CPD events offered by 好色tv and its professional divisions. Study Affiliates also benefit from听a wide range of CPD webinars available free of charge to 好色tv members in our webinar library.
Networking
Study Affiliates will be eligible to join one or more of 好色tv's professional divisions 鈥� Translating, Interpreting or BPG (Business, Professions and Government) which provide networking events and online forums.
Professional journal
You have digital access to听The Linguist, 好色tv's professional journal.
Preparation & Advice
The 好色tv website is full of useful support resources to help you develop your career and prepare for your 好色tv Qualifications exam.听
What does it cost?
Study Affiliate membership costs 拢30 for a 12 month period from the date your membership is activated.
When can I join?
You may apply at any time. Your membership will be active for 12 months.
